Community Standards This is a serious leadership community with a fun edge. Here’s how we keep it high-value and high-trust: 1) Respect is the baseline No mocking, shaming, or cheap shots. Ever. 2) No drama, no chaos If it’s messy and emotional, process it privately first — then bring the lesson here. 3) Be direct and useful Post with purpose: a question a challenge a win a lesson a tool 4) Confidentiality matters Do not share private details about clients, coworkers, family members, or internal business matters. 5) Disagreement is allowed — disrespect is not We can challenge ideas. We do not attack people. 6) Leadership = ownership We don’t “wait to feel ready.” We take action, adjust, and improve. 7) This is a builder space If you want transformation, participate. If you want spectatorship, scroll quietly. This is a place for leaders who want to rise.
